Why is my screen size missing?
The credit cards show the most common screen sizes. Is your screen size missing? Then use the dropdown menu below the credit cards or tell us your screen size and resolution.
Does True size work with 3D images & perspective?
Currently True size only works with aspects (front, right, left, back). We are working hard on 3D image processing, so products will also be shown as realistic as possible with perspective.
My products are larger than the computer screen, how is this solved?
For products larger than a computer screen there are two options.
1. The product is displayed in true size, making details like fabrics, structure, materials and finishing visible. This is known as tactile value.
2. The product is shown in scale, by which reference objects like a credit card, coin (with smaller products) or person (with larger products) are used.
Our web shop already has the ability to zoom product images. What is the added value of True size?
By displaying products in true size, consumers can better estimate their real size. For a comparison of the size of a new mobile phone and the current mobile phone, a consumer no longer feels the need to visit a store.
Does True size provide the product images and measurements?
No, True size facilitates the application. With this application you can add measurements to your existing product images.
